I recently went to Silicon Valley Endodontics to have them look at a root canal that had become infected. I ended up deciding to let Dr. Chien try and go back into the tooth for a re-treatment to see if she could clean out a canal that now had an infection at the bottom. I was nervous that she wouldn’t be able to do it and I would have gone through the inconvenience and possible pain for nothing. I’m so glad I let her give it a try because she was successful and she saved my tooth. She answered all of my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend her. Also, the front office staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Krupp and team (especially Tony) were calm and upbeat during what can be a scary experience. After Dr. Duarte (shout out!) referred me, they were able to perform the root canal quickly, efficiently and painlessly. Thank you all!

The staff and Dr. Krupp are absolutely wonderful. My regular dentist, who used to perform root canals, no longer does them. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr. Krupp through Dr. Follmar’s office—the same office that did my implant (which I would rate 10 stars!). They highly recommended Dr. Krupp, and I’m so glad they did. I shared with the staff at Dr. Krupp’s office that visiting the dentist makes me nervous due to a difficult childhood experience. Dr. Krupp was very understanding and took the time to talk with me about it. He even made sure to schedule me before Thanksgiving, which I truly appreciated. During the procedure, Dr. Krupp was incredibly gentle. He applied a topical anesthetic to my gums, and when he gave the numbing injection, I barely felt a thing. The root canal took about ninety minutes, and today I have zero pain. While dental visits can often be unpleasant, this was genuinely a great experience thanks to such a caring and professional team. I only wish Dr. Krupp were also a general dentist, because I would absolutely make his office my regular dental home. Even though he specializes, if you are in need of a specialist, he is the one to see. If I could give him 1

Dr. Krupp & his staff are great! I had my first root canal yesterday. The Dr & staff made sure I was comfortable and doing ok the whole time. Dr. Krupp explained everything clearly. They were efficient & helpful. Today, I only have a little jaw soreness- nothing else. I would highly recommend this office!

There is nothing good about needing a root canal! But should you find yourself in that situation, as I did...absolutely EVERYTHING is not just good, but GREAT about Dr. Krupp and his office! The atmosphere is calm, and friendly. It is an impeccably clean environment. The entire staff is simply exemplary, from the front desk to the treatment professionals who worked on me. I am so very grateful to everyone who made my experience better than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend!
